Having previously traded under two major franchise groups and establishing themselves as a market leader in the Northern Suburbs, The Ristic’s decision to become an independent “boutique” agency was natural. “We recognise that most of our business is coming from our past clients, who we value and put ahead of our own interests” says Kaan Ristic, business owner and licensed estate agent. “It was natural for us to recognise the need to continue servicing our clients and raising the bar.
