- Arrange quotes and carry out repairs from our list of trusted tradespersons, when required
- Pay all outstanding accounts from the monthly rental income
- Arrange and receipt the landlord with monthly maintenance invoice for tax purposes
- Provide an after hours maintenance phone line for emergencies that is monitored by the on duty property manager
- Arrange and conduct final inspections of the property
- Address the original Periodic Condition Report
- Negotiate and arrange cleaning and maintenance
- Preparation of bond statement
- Bond disposal documents
- Coordination of bond release with the RTBA
- Periodic Condition Report update of photos and detail
- Preparation of revised Periodic Condition Report for new ingoing tenant
