We have been renting through Ristic for the last 7+ years in 2 different properties. I have to say that all the staff have been fantastic and always such a pleasure to deal with. My Property Manager, Nadine Maroun, has been fantastic. I have been renting for a LONG time – many, many years, in fact – and I have to say that Nadine is the best Property Manager I have ever had.

The speed with which she acted to get me into the property in the first place was absolutely second to none. From the time I submitted my application to the time she called to say that I had been approved for the property was a matter of between 30 and 60 minutes! When I explained to her that I needed to move within days, she contacted the landlord straight away, and had me in her office that same day to sign the lease and pay the Bond and rent in advance. I was in the property approximately 36 hours later!

Since then, I have had several small maintenance issues. Nadine has acted immediately on every single one of them. Every single email I have sent has been answered either immediately, or VERY close to! I highly recommend Nadine if anyone is looking for a rental property. I could not have asked for more. Could not be happier with our current agent and Property Manager Nadine. We had been with Ray White and didnt feel they looked after our property, or us! A friend recommended Ristic and we havent looked back. We get 6 monthly detailed reports including photos of every room in our unit. When things need fixing or cleaning Nadine returns a week or so later to ensure its been taken care of and damage/item rectified. We feel safe and secure with our investment.
