Any personal information collected at an open inspection can be held and used by Ristic Real Estate for the following purposes:

Primary Purposes

To inform the vendor about the number of people in attendance.
To ask you for property feedback.
To send you property information (i.e. paperwork, price updates or changes to the campaign).
To respond to any questions you had that could not be answered at the inspection timea.

Secondary purposes

To include your personal information in the database(s) of prospective vendors, buyers, rental providers, or renters.
To notify the proper authorities and insurers in the event of an accident or if a crime is committed on the property or nearby.
To include your personal information in the database(s) of potential vendors, purchasers, rental providers, or renters.

Third Party Marketing

You agree that we may provide your contact information to Mortgage Choice in order to assist you with your financing needs.

If I give you my personal information, how will you hold it?

We will keep your personal information in hard copy, electronic form, or both, and will only use and disclose it for primary and secondary purposes, as well as direct marketing to you.

How do I contact you about my personal information?

You can contact us between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to withdraw your consent to our using your personal information for some or all of the primary, secondary, or both purposes, as well as to gain access to your personal information to update or correct it.

If you misuse my personal information, how do I complain to you?

If you believe we have violated the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us by letter, fax or email. We will promptly review your complaint and make every effort to resolve it in a timely manner. If we are unable to resolve it you may refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001 or enquiries@oaic.gov.au

Will you disclose my personal information to someone overseas?

We are unlikely to disclose your personal information to overseas recipients.

What are the main consequences for me, if I choose not to give you my personal information?

The main consequences for you are that we will be unable to contact you regarding the sale or letting of a property, nor will we be able to provide you with information about other properties we have listed for sale or letting that may be of interest to you.
