Private Inspections and Open House Viewings
Through our booking system and well structured weekly viewing schedule, our property managers ensure they accompany prospective tenants through the property. We do not ever hand out keys to tenants to inspect the property and we ensure that all viewings are carried out in a professional and qualified way.

Applications and Background Examination
When we receive an application we undergo a vigorous process to screen prospective tenants:
– Identification
– History of rental and employment
– NTD search if requested or suggested
– Reference checks to previous agents or private landlords
When the applications are reviewed we then contact you with our recommendation to determine if we should proceed with the application or not.
Step 8
Property Reports & Completion
Prior to the tenant moving in, your property manager will prepare a detailed entry condition report, which includes room by room detail and digital photography;collated into a professional report. Further reports are arranged on our periodic inspections, the initial being at 3 months, then every 6 months thereafter.
