As our Head of Property Management, Nadine is a confident tour-de-force that helps us maintain relentlessly consistent standards of excellence. With a Cert IV in Property Services, a Real Estate Agent License and 15 years specialist property management experience, she is more than qualified to do that.
Her committed work ethic and flawless management, communication and organization skills have seen her role grow over the last ten years at Ristic. Now as the head of our rental department, she takes great pride in maintaining a steady ship and ensuring client expectations are always exceeded.
This steadfast approach has seen her nominated as the ‘Property Manager of the Year’ in the LPMA National Awards in both 2015 and 2017. In 2016 she went the distance and took the award home, a win that she still credits to the property management team she has built around her.
Nadine believes that a strong team is the key to surpassing benchmarks and targets. Problem solving and creating the best outcomes of any situation unifies the property management department, which under her guiding hand continues to be regarded as the best in the area.
A married mum of two kids, Nadine is kept on her toes when she’s not in the office. She loves to incorporate travelling with her family life, especially when it gives her the opportunity to indulge in her foodie side. Look out for her in Melbourne’s amazing restaurants!
