Having started as a sales cadet in 2015, she has been a rental leasing consultant for the last four years. Today, she’s moving into a business development role as an Investor Relationship Manager. This is a natural progression for her that builds on her technical and communicative skills and her ever-growing knowledge of the local rental market.
It’s also indicative of the enthusiasm and enjoyment Jacinta brings to her role. She loves helping renters find the perfect home and facilitating a rewarding life for them, just as she loves giving homeowners a stress-free property investment experience. It’s this kind of commitment that saw her take home the 2019 Ristic award for Employee of the Year.
A qualified Agents Representative, Jacinta takes care of training new staff members and helping them flourish in their roles. She finds it extremely satisfying helping people contribute to Ristic and guiding them to their own personal successes within their roles.
When not in the office, Jacinta loves spending her downtime on the AFL field or basketball court. She is a doting partner to her wife, with whom she shares two beautiful dogs, Oreo and Rover. Together they love hanging out with family and friends or planning exciting travel adventures.
