Following our advice, they hired a stylist to furnish the property for use in the marketing photos. Not only did the stylist stage the property to best highlight the internal property features, they also added an outdoor setting to the courtyard and a wall sculpture to the front.   To the delight of the vendors, the investment paid off. The stylist arrived the day before the photographer to set up the property and the day after to remove the contents. With only one public open and a couple of private inspections, offers were received and the property sold after only 10 days on the market for well above the vendors reserve.
