Bella Torres

A family girl at heart, Property Manager Bella knows how important it is that a property is more than a house for her renters. She wants it to be their home. Which is why she goes out of her way to make renters in our rental properties feel comfortable and cared for. Her door is always open, and she maintains clear and consistent lines of communication with them.

At the same time, she completely buys into the Ristic passion for property and real estate investing. Her priority is to maximise the returns that property owners are getting from their rental assets. With 180 properties under her care at a 97.8% tenancy rate, we reckon she does a mighty fine job of doing exactly that.

Having risen up through the ranks at Ristic, Bella is a qualified agent’s representative and was a proud finalist in the Real Estate Insitute of Victoria’s Property Manager of the Year category in 2023! She brings a smile into the office every day, applying herself with diligence, courtesy and an extreme level of professionalism. She’s an asset we cannot do without.

When she isn’t taking care of our landlords and their renters, Bella enjoys a quiet night in with her family and their pooch. Some evenings she’ll be planning her next travel adventure, other’s she’ll be enjoying her favourite crime drama.
